Season resumption update
CUESTARS has issued more details about the completion of the 2019/20 season and plans for next season.
Unless the government’s instructions change, the three remaining Under-21 Gold, Silver and Bronze events will take place in October, as previously announced, and the full ranking cash prizes and trophies will be awarded.
But the two other tours have been declared closed.
Not surprisingly, Sean Harvey is the 2019/2020 Frames Sports Bar Championship Tour winner and he receives £375 prize money and a trophy.
James Height has pipped John Hunter to the Seniors Tour title by two points and collects £150 and a trophy.
Raj Puri is awarded the Masters trophy ahead of runner-up Andrew Darken.
All other events, including the under-21 finals day, are cancelled.
Next season’s details will be announced once the under-21 events in October are completed.
Mason Wilson has pocketed £100 for winning the Cuestars Fantasy Snooker League.
Closing date for entries for the new fantasy league is October 11. Enter your Magnificent Seven players at Cuestars Fantasy Snooker League. The cost is £5. If your seven players accumulate the most ranking points on the 2020/21 World Snooker Tour, you will receive £100.
And finally, professionals entering Cuestars competitions in the new season will give amateurs a 14-point handicap start.
