Plate specialist Pampouris strikes again

ARISTOS Pampouris won his second Cuestars Under-21 Plate winner’s trophy of the season in a high-quality final against Harry Wyatt at Fareham Snooker Club.

Silver player Wyatt (Ferndown), receiving a 14-pont handicap start, built up a handy lead with a break of 22.

But Gold player Pampouris (Chingford) responded with a run of 71 and wrapped up victory following a tussle on the colours.

Jesters Snooker Club, Swindon, hosts the sixth and final legs on Sunday, October 3.
